SERVICE OF MOTION TO REVIVE DORMANT JUDGMENT
Comments requested: The General Division of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas will accept public comments until August 26, 2021, on a proposed amendment to the court’s Local Rules of Practice and Procedure, specifically, the addition of new Local Rule 2.38, Service of Motion to Revive Dormant Judgment. The text of the proposed new rule is set forth below.
Pursuant to Mont. Co. C.P.R. 1.03 of the Local Rules of Practice and Procedure for the General Division of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court and Rule 5 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, the proposed new rule is being published for a sixty-day comment period commencing Monday, June 28, 2021 and ending Thursday, August 26, 2021.
