General Division Judges
The General Division of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court is a trial court of general jurisdiction that provides prompt, fair and just resolution of litigation in civil and criminal cases. The general division has original jurisdiction in all criminal felony cases and in many civil cases. General divisions also have appellate jurisdiction over the decisions of some state administrative agencies.
