Directors Attend National Association for Court Management Conference

March 26, 2026

When our directors learn from the best, our entire court—and community—benefits.
Candace Anderson, Director of Case Management, and Emily Feaver, Director of Human Resources, recently attended the National Association for Court Management in Albuquerque, New Mexico. NACM conferences are valuable opportunities for court leaders to connect and collaborate on the issues facing the nation’s courts.
This year’s theme, “Preserving the Rule of Law and Judicial Independence,” gave rise to thoughtful speakers and discussions on challenges to the judiciary in today’s cultural and political climate. Sessions included discussions on management strategies for addressing the fast-paced change in Courts due to technological advances, examples of performance reviews that can be used to increase workplace excellence, ideas for promoting civics education, and court security training and standards.
